Hey, my name is Martin and I am looking for a new tenant for this apartment. Be aware that I am looking for a tenant for the indicated date and for preferably 3 months or longer. I am happy to host international people from all over the world and would like to get to know you a little bit better at first. When sending me a message please include information about who you are and what you will be doing in Hamburg. Please only requests from the indicated time period. Very nice 1-room apartment in a central location and very good access to the university clinic, airport and city center. Large closet in the hallway and plenty of storage space in the living area. The perfect apartment for urban commuters. LOCATION: The apartment is located on a quiet street in a central location. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity / neighboring house (REWE), various restaurants and shops for daily needs are available. How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
