Hey, my name is Martin and I am looking for a new tenant for this apartment. Be aware that I am looking for a tenant for the indicated date and for preferably 3 months or longer. I am happy to host international people from all over the world and would like to get to know you a little bit better at first. Large closet in the hallway and plenty of storage space in the living area. The perfect apartment for urban commuters. LOCATION: The apartment is located on a quiet street in a central location. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity / neighboring house (REWE), various restaurants and shops for daily needs are available.
